Custom panels deserve a documented handoff—from the confirmed shipping total through delivery inspection and any legitimate remake.
Published panel prices do not include shipping. After reviewing the file, panel size, quantity, destination, and packing requirement, we confirm shipping and applicable tax in the total sent with the secure payment link. Local Mountain Home pickup is available by arrangement. International destinations remain quote-only while we validate the carrier, packaging, duties, and damage risk.
The normal target is shipment or readiness within 14 days after the production proof is approved. The order confirmation or commercial quote controls if a different schedule applies. Rush dates, installation coordination, carrier delays, and events outside our reasonable control may change timing.
Inspect the box and panel promptly after delivery. If the package or panel is damaged, keep all packing materials and send photographs of the outer box, shipping label, internal protection, full panel, and close-up damage. Those records help us evaluate a remake and support a carrier claim.
Approved custom panels are not returnable for a change of mind after production begins. If the delivered piece has a verified manufacturing defect, differs materially from the approved proof, or arrives damaged, contact us promptly. We will review the order record and determine the appropriate repair, replacement, remake, or carrier-claim path.
Backlit screens and printed panels reproduce color differently. A digital proof confirms crop, orientation, text, and layout but cannot guarantee an exact monitor match. We will flag clear file-quality concerns before production; source-file limitations that were disclosed and approved are not manufacturing defects.
Commercial quotes identify delivery, installation, site access, mounting, and acceptance responsibilities. The 50% project balance is due at installation. When no installation is included, the balance is due before shipment, delivery, or pickup. WhittledArt does not offer post-installation payment terms.
