Standard MDF has published prices and can begin online. Metal is quoted by size, white or clear base, Gloss, Semi-Gloss, or Matte surface, indoor or Outdoor configuration, hardware, packing, and destination. That protects the finish decision and the project margin instead of presenting an incomplete teaser price. Tax, shipping, delivery, installation, extensive file repair, custom cutting, and specialty hardware are separate.
Standard white image face and black edge, with the exact finish and size-appropriate hardware confirmed before payment.
Indoor aluminum in Gloss, Semi-Gloss, or Matte, with white- and clear-base choices. ChromaLuxe Outdoor is specified separately for qualifying exterior work.

Healthcare
Metal and MDF can both work in approved lobbies, waiting areas, outpatient reception, donor recognition, staff areas, and administrative interiors. We often evaluate all-metal construction first for patient-care or frequent- cleaning locations, then involve Facilities, EVS, and Infection Prevention.
We provide product-specific documentation; the facility approves the exact panel, finish, cleaner, edge treatment, and mounting. Artwork does not replace a cleaning or infection-prevention program.

Offices
Metal and MDF both mount without glazing, so there is no glass to crack in a conference room and less reflected glare under overhead lighting. Once a configuration is approved, it can be reordered for additional floors or locations.

Yes. We can work from licensed photography, customer-owned files, commissioned local photography, or original visuals developed for the space. We can also enhance, crop, color-match, and coordinate existing images into a consistent collection.
We do not advertise the finished artwork as antimicrobial or as a product that kills germs. ChromaLuxe describes its cross-linked coating as resistant to most chemicals, bacteria, and pathogens and easy to clean. That is different from a tested public-health claim. We document the exact panel and finish and ask each healthcare facility to approve the surface, cleaner, edge treatment, and mounting system.
It can be a strong fit for lobbies, waiting areas, staff spaces, donor areas, and other public or nonclinical interiors when the facility approves it. The coated image face is easy to wipe, while the MDF core, edges, back, cleaner compatibility, and mounting still require application-specific review. Aluminum may be preferable where a facility requires an all-metal panel.
Submit the project and desired size now to reserve planning priority. We do not charge until the production configuration, commissioning schedule, final price, proof process, and delivery or installation plan are confirmed in writing.
A 50% deposit schedules production. The remaining 50% is due at installation. WhittledArt does not offer Net 30, Net 60, or other post-installation terms. For work shipped, delivered, or picked up without installation, the balance is due before release.
Yes. A purchase order can document administrative authorization, but it does not create credit terms. The 50% deposit remains due before scheduling and the balance remains due at installation or before release for non-installed work.
