Indoor permanence
A test result is not a universal promise.
Independent testing has reported long indoor display-permanence results for particular ChromaLuxe and ink combinations under specified conditions. Those results are useful evidence, but they do not automatically cover every ink set, direct sunlight condition, cleaner, finish, substrate, or outdoor use.
We therefore identify the tested configuration where available and avoid converting a laboratory display-permanence estimate into a blanket lifetime or 65-year guarantee.

Does WhittledArt offer a universal 65-year guarantee?
No. Published display-permanence results apply to specific panel, coating, ink, and indoor test conditions. WhittledArt records the production configuration and states any applicable workmanship, reprint, or upstream material warranty in the written quote.
Are indoor ChromaLuxe panels rated for outdoor display?
No. Standard indoor ChromaLuxe panels are not sold as ChromaLuxe Outdoor. Outdoor projects require the dedicated outdoor panel, an approved ink system, compatible mounting, exposure review, and project-specific written terms.
What cleaner should be used?
Use only the care guidance provided for the exact panel and finish. Commercial and healthcare projects should identify the intended cleaner before approval and test it on a sample. Cleaner compatibility is not assumed across every disinfectant or concentration.
