Order & commercial payment terms.

Published standard MDF prices cover the panel configuration described on the order page, including standard hardware appropriate to the selected size and confirmed before payment. Shipping, applicable tax, extensive file repair, creative services, custom cutting, specialty hardware, delivery, and installation are separate. We confirm the final total before asking for payment. A written project quote controls if it differs from a website description.

Standard orders are paid in full before production. Commercial projects require a 50% deposit to schedule production, with the remaining 50% due at installation. WhittledArt does not offer Net 30, Net 60, or other post-installation credit terms. For commercial work shipped, delivered, or picked up without installation, the remaining balance is due before release. A purchase order may document authorization but does not create payment terms.

You retain ownership of your uploaded content. By submitting a file, you confirm that you own it or have permission to reproduce it and grant WhittledArt the limited permission needed to review, proof, produce, fulfill, remake, and support the order. Do not upload unlawful content, malware, patient records, protected health information, or identifiable patient photographs.

We review the source file for the selected size. The standard panel price includes one digital proof and one reasonable crop or orientation revision before approval. Additional revisions, replacement files, restoration, or creative work are quoted before that work begins. The proof confirms crop, orientation, text, and layout. Screens vary, so a digital proof cannot guarantee an exact monitor-to-print color match. You are responsible for checking spelling, dates, names, crop, and other visible details before approval. If the file will not reproduce acceptably, we may recommend a smaller size, request another file, propose separately priced work, or cancel before production.

You may cancel a standard panel before approving the production proof. We refund the standard panel production payment and any unused shipping or tax collected to the original payment method. Separately authorized creative, restoration, or file-preparation work already completed remains payable. Once the proof is approved, production begins and the custom order is normally non-cancelable and non-returnable except for a verified manufacturing defect or shipping damage. Project-specific quotes may include additional staged approval or cancellation terms.

The usual target is shipment or readiness within 14 days after proof approval, but the confirmed order or quote controls. Carrier delays and conditions outside our reasonable control can affect delivery. Inspect packages promptly and keep the packaging if damage is visible. We review timely photographs and order records to determine the appropriate repair, replacement, remake, or carrier claim. Installation dates require the balance described above.
