How commercial payment works
The deposit schedules production. The remaining balance is due on the installation date. WhittledArt does not offer Net 30, Net 60, or other post-installation payment terms. Non-installed work must be paid before shipment, delivery, or pickup.

Choose 5/8-inch MDF for a substantial black-edged profile and the simplest published-price order path. Share the image and display location if you want us to recommend the better fit.
A responsible metal quote depends on the panel size, white or clear base, surface finish, indoor or Outdoor configuration, hanging system, packing, destination, and application. We confirm those choices and the delivered total before sending a secure payment link; there is no charge when you submit the file.
The published price covers one standard 5/8-inch ChromaLuxe MDF panel, the black edge, standard hardware appropriate to the size and confirmed before payment, file review, one digital proof, and one reasonable crop or orientation revision. Shipping, applicable tax, extensive file repair, custom artwork, specialty hardware, delivery, and installation are separate.
You are not charged when you upload the file. We first confirm that the file, size, crop, destination, and shipping method make sense. We then email the final total and a secure payment link. Standard orders are paid in full before production.
We will recommend a smaller panel, request another source file, or discuss enhancement options before payment. Nothing is printed from a file we believe will produce an unacceptable result at the selected size.
Yes. Select the artist option and tell us the destination and any partner-neutral fulfillment needs. Artists pay the same published panel price as every buyer and control their own retail price and customer relationship.
Yes. A facility can request a metal panel here or use the standard MDF form for one to five identical copies using one file, one size, size-appropriate standard hardware, and no installation. Coordinated collections, mixed images or sizes, special mounting, multiple locations, or installation should use the commercial project path.

If you cancel before approving the production proof, we refund the standard panel production payment and any unused shipping or tax collected. Separately authorized creative, restoration, or file-preparation work already completed remains payable. After proof approval, the custom order is normally non-cancelable and non-returnable except for a verified manufacturing defect or shipping damage.
